代理人: Virtual Proctoring and/or live proctoring services will be used throughout the PTA Program. Both services provide identity verification and proctoring to ensure exam integrity and academic honesty. 在线/混合 & On-Campus students are responsible for the fees related to this service when used. Pricing may vary depending on the virtual proctoring service obtained by the college.
项目费用: Effective January 2022, students who are accepted into the Online/Hybrid & On-Campus programs are required to pay a non-refundable program fee of $200 per semester.

Both programs may have transportation and lodging expenses related to clinical externships. Students in the 在线/混合程序 are responsible for lodging & transportation associated with the On-Campus portion of the PTA lab courses. Onsite labs are held at 火博体育 approximately 9 to 18 consecutive days (including weekends) for 5 consecutive semesters following acceptance into the program.

All 50 states and 哥伦比亚特区 require licensure or certification for PTAs. The licensure process protects the public ensuring that only those candidates who have graduated from an accredited program and have demonstrated a basic entry-level competency on the national license exam are permitted to treat the public. An active license or certificate is required for each state in which the PTA practices. The license must be renewed on an ongoing basis with most states requiring continuing education for renewal. The PTA must follow scope of work and supervision requirements outlined in each state’s physical therapy practice act. Note: A felony conviction may affect a graduate’s ability to sit for the licensing exam.
The program has determined that its curriculum meets the state educational requirements for licensure or certification in all states, 哥伦比亚特区, 波多黎各, 和美国.S. 属维尔京群岛 secondary to its accreditation by the Commission on 认证 in Physical Therapy 教育, based on the following: CAPTE accreditation of a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant program satisfies state educational requirements in all states, 哥伦比亚特区, 波多黎各, 和美国.S. 属维尔京群岛. 因此, students graduating from CAPTE-accredited physical therapist and physical therapist assistant education programs are eligible to take the National Physical Therapy Examination and apply for licensure in all states, 哥伦比亚特区, 波多黎各, 和美国.S. 属维尔京群岛.
